Characteristics and composition of carbide burrs
All burrs are made from carbide, meaning their heads are made of carbide material and are brazed onto an HSS shank. On request, we can also supply HSS burrs. Carbide burrs are made from fine-grain carbide material, giving them an exceptionally long lifespan. Due to different purposes for grinding various materials, the mills are also enhanced with certain coatings, while also having different types of teeth that behave differently when grinding different materials.
More than 15 types of head shapes for greater milling efficiency
All shapes according to standards are available to you. We stock carbide burrs in shapes A, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, L, M, N.
Important when using end mills!
To avoid shaft breakage, never exceed the maximum allowed RPM. If you insert the end mill into the machining hole before turning the machine on, you can work at double the prescribed RPMs, provided that the end mill remains in the hole until the machine completely stops after being turned off. However, you must never exceed the maximum allowed RPMs. For detailed technical details, see the "Product Details" tab, where you will find information on the maximum allowed RPMs for each type of end mill.
